Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information CircleWheels (www.circlewheels.com) collects when you use the site, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and the choices you have.

CircleWheels is operated by 72 Technologies, 14-C/1 Main Faisal Town Road, Lahore 54000, Pakistan, which is responsible for the personal information described here (the data controller). For any privacy question, email info@circlewheels.com or use any channel on our contact page.

CircleWheels lists tyres and the prices tyre dealers set, and puts you in touch with the dealer. You don't need an account to browse or to contact a dealer, and we don't take orders or payments.

• Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) measure visits. They last up to 2 years.
• Google advertising cookies, set on circlewheels.com (such as __gads and __gpi) and on Google's own domains (such as doubleclick.net), are used to serve, measure and personalise ads.
• Session storage (cw_sid) holds the random session ID for our visit statistics. It is deleted when you close the tab.
• Sign-in cookies for the dealer portal and the admin panel are set only for dealers and our team.
• Firebase Authentication stores sign-in data in your browser only if you sign in with Google.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Browsing and contacting dealers still work without them.

We use Google AdSense to show ads on CircleWheels.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
• Other ad technology providers that Google certifies may also serve ads on the site through AdSense and use their own cookies to do so.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies are turned off by default and are used only if you give consent.

• to run the site, keep it secure and fix problems;
• to understand which pages are used, through our visit statistics and Google Analytics;
• to show ads, through Google AdSense;
• to show each dealer how many enquiries its branches received, and to report enquiry totals to our team;
• to deal with dealer applications and dealer accounts, and to reply when you contact us.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't send marketing emails to visitors. We use these service providers:

• Vercel hosts the site and handles every request, including your IP address, to deliver pages; it keeps server logs for a limited period.
• Neon hosts our database: the tyre catalogue, dealer accounts and the dealer-contact records described above.
• Upstash hosts our Redis store: the daily visit totals, a short-lived summary of dealer-contact taps, and the blog.
• Google provides Analytics, AdSense, Firebase Authentication, and Google Maps when you open directions.
• Resend delivers our email: dealer applications, sign-in codes and reports to our team.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries any message you choose to send a dealer.

Dealers see the number and type of enquiries for their branches (no personal information), and they receive whatever you send them directly. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. Some of these providers process data outside Pakistan, including in the United States and the European Union.

• Daily visit totals: 400 days, then deleted automatically.
• Summary of dealer-contact taps used for our team's reports: about 25 hours.
• Dealer-contact records shown to dealers: kept so each dealer can see its enquiry history. They contain no personal information.
• Google Analytics data: for the retention period set in our Analytics account, after which Google deletes it.
• Dealer applications: for as long as we need them to deal with the application.
• Dealer accounts: while the dealer is listed.

• Block or delete cookies in your browser.
• Opt out of personalised ads at Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.
• Stop Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
• Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.

To make a request, email info@circlewheels.com or use any channel on our contact page. Most of what we collect can't be linked to a person (the visit totals, for example), so there may be nothing we can find. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you also have rights under data protection law there, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

CircleWheels is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

The site is served only over HTTPS, passwords are stored as hashes, and sign-in cookies can't be read by scripts on the page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
