These terms apply when you use www.circlewheels.com (“CircleWheels”), which is operated by 72 Technologies, 14-C/1 Main Faisal Town Road, Lahore 54000, Pakistan. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

CircleWheels is a marketplace that lists tyres and the prices tyre dealers set, and lets you contact the dealer by WhatsApp, phone or map directions. We don't sell tyres, take orders or handle payments. When you buy, you buy from the dealer, and the sale is between you and the dealer.

Dealers set their own prices. A dealer enters them in its dealer portal, or our team enters them on the dealer's behalf. Prices are not live: each is only as current as its last update, and we show when prices were last updated. A price on CircleWheels is not an offer to sell, and stock isn't tracked.

Always confirm the price, availability, exact tyre model, manufacturing date and warranty with the dealer before you buy. Tyre-size and car-fitment information is a guide: check the size printed on your current tyres or in your vehicle's manual.

Each dealer is responsible for its listings, its prices, the tyres it sells, its warranties and its service. The “verified” label is set manually by our team, for a whole dealer or a single branch (see how dealers are verified). It is not an automated check and not a guarantee of any product or sale.

Dealers who use the dealer portal must keep their login details secure and their prices and branch details accurate. They allow us to display their business name, logo, branch details and prices on CircleWheels.

Blog posts are written by AI and published automatically (see how the blog is made). They are general information, not professional advice, and they may contain mistakes.

Don't use the site for anything unlawful. Don't try to get unauthorised access to the site, the dealer portal or our systems; don't disrupt or overload the site, including with automated scraping; and don't misuse dealers' contact details, for example to send spam.

The CircleWheels name and logo, the site's design and its original text belong to CircleWheels. Tyre and car brand names, model names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify the products listed, and their use doesn't mean those companies endorse CircleWheels. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use.

Contact buttons open services run by others, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps, and the site links to other websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them.

We work to keep CircleWheels accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We don't guarantee that listings, prices, fitment data or articles are complete, current or free of errors, or that the site will always be available.

To the extent the law allows, CircleWheels is not liable for any loss arising from your dealings with a dealer, from relying on information on the site, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be decided by the courts at Lahore.
